To keep things fresh and interesting, The Nova changes its food menu with the seasons about every 4 months. We strive to make fresh, interesting food while keeping in mind the tastes of our customers.

In the fall and winter, soups are a must and in the summer fresh produce can’t be beat. Each weekend our chef offers specials and we will even bring back old favorites if our customers request it! Come down and try a meal with us – you will be glad you did!

Don't forget to ask about our daily specials on appetizers and entrees! Chef Nate likes to have fun in the kitchen so please ask your server if there are any specials for the evening. Prices may vary.
